Franco`s Pizza & Wings in Miramar Beach

Great place for pizza. I often prefer a thinner crust, but this one is more of a deep dish and it's still tasty! My favorite part about pizza here is how small and cute the pepperoni are. The only down side of going here is the cost. They are almost unreasonable. Most times I end up going to another replace due to this. I recommend trying it at least once though!

Worst managed pizza place in WNY. Ordered a pizza online at 2, for pick up at 5, after waiting in line for 30 minutes, they Had. Not. Even. Put. The. Order. In. The most poorly managed place in WNY.

Walked in and ordered a sub. Was told 20 minutes, 45 minutes later they finally started making it. Was a good sub but not worth waiting 55 minutes for.

Ordered wings extra CRISPY. And they came hardly cooked. They put a sticker on the box says they cant guarantee the crispiness. But they didnt even try to make them extra CRISPY. Disgusting

Terrible customer service, and a lot of miscommunication. I'll never spend another dime here ever again.

This Francos is a joke! I was waiting for an order to be ready and while I was waiting for a pick up I wanted to buy a slice of pizza, the girl proceeded to tell me they quit selling slices at 5pm! There was clearly pizza out! Terrible employees with absolutely zero morale. Management is just as bad! Fire everyone in there they can’t seem to get any orders correct the first time!!!! I was there 3/20/20 at 8:30 pm! Order was never ready either, it was canceled!

Ordered online Wednesday to be delivered to my kids daycare on Easter only to get a call on Saturday that they will be closed & they don’t deliver to that address my money is gone out my account now i gotta wait days to get it back & spend more money to get it from somewhere else NEVER AGAIN

Pizza was excellent. They lost the order but gave me a nice discount. Was worth the wait. Good people and pizza.

Francos pizza and wings were fantastic..even though they were packed our pizza was ready for pickup in about a half an hour.

You messed my order up I ordered2 steak and cheese subs with lettuce and tomato and onion. I’m pretty sure the girl on the phone was new. I get back home after I picked it up. And it’s just steak & cheese. Nothing else. Me and my girlfriend couldn’t even finish it. It was like extra extra cheese. I told the girl on the phone twice my order.

I have been ordering from Francos since it opened on the corner of East Delavan and Hagen Street in Buffalo. Today I attempted to place an order for delivery, exactly the same order I place every other Friday. First attempt I was hung up on. Second attempt, after trying to place my order I was told to stop playing games and he had no time to speak to me and hung up on me! He had a hard time understanding what a #2 special was and didn’t want me explaining it to him. He tried reading my order back three times and got it wrong. I called back and was hung up on again by the same person. I called again, Chris the manager answered. I told him what happened and he said he had no idea who I spoke to. Offered no apologies. Our last order has been placed at this business. My $120 order was placed with Bocces.

Had a bad experience here 3-4 months ago with receiving cold food at an outrageous price.Decided today to give them another try, pick up this time .We received two of the sloppiest pies I've ever seen. In the past I agreed to pay those high prices because I was getting quality food . This place has gone down hill . I spent $120 over my last 2 visits for horribly made, cold food.... Will not return

I use to give them 5 stars in 5 or 6 years there large pizza went from 14.99 to 19.99 it not any different. I know cost went up but I find that a bit much . Chicken wings are skinny for the amount of money you pay they charge you a 1.50 for 1 extra blue cheese. Subs are good. Load fries last time I ordered hardly anything on them and a stick of sour cream like a ketchup up pack I'm sure if I want another it would have been 1.50. More that little stuff adds up when you feeding a family. I still order there cause of the convenience but olisis does have more offers. But francos is s nice change from time to time.

Good food at a fair price. Of the hundreds of times we've ordered delivery, very rarely has there been any kind of issue with our order, and when there has been, they have been quick to rectify the problem. They have a great selection of food and their breakfast pizza has been one of our favorite menu items for quite sometime now. We really recommend that you try it for a great twist on a traditional item. Deliveries have been consistently prompt and the couriers polite and professional.

I had the personal Buffalo Wing pizza. It was fantastic!

Been ordering from this place for a long time. The pizza is really good. But on a few occasions they hang up the phone on me half way thru the order and never call back. After today I think I’ve had enough. Pizza is good but definitely not worth my pride.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been ordering from Franco’s for over a decade and the last 6 months the customer service is a joke. I had to debate for 15 minutes to get a 2 liter that came with a pizza coupon, and they still wouldn’t give me the 2 liter! I own my business and never in a million years would I argue with a customer over a $2.00 product. I give them another chance after that experience and whatever woman was answering the phones on 5/15/20 around 7 pm was beyond rude. Told me I couldn’t order the EXACT same thing I’ve been ordering for years because she didn’t know how to put the order in the computer.We get it, Franco’s. You’re busy and you obviously don’t care about individual customer satisfaction. Even the manager at this location is rude. We’ve spent thousands of dollars with you over the last decade and we’ll never spend another penny at your business.

I have lived in the Southtowns, Northtowns, and City of Buffalo and can conclusively say that Franco’s is hands down one of the very best pizza places in WNY. My stepdad recently ordered a pizza from there and sent me to the wrong location on Eggert Road. The staff and manager were very helpful trying to locate my order at their store even though it ended up not being there. After we figured out the pizza was at the Kenmore location, the manager tried to give me cookies for all of the trouble. I said it was ok and that there was no need for the cookies and walked out. He chased after me and insisted I take them even though the whole situation was not his fault! Amazing staff and fantastic pizza! Would definitely recommend the cookies too!

Went in there 5mins before they closed amd they served us anyway. Made it easy on them with our order since the grill was closed so ordered pizza sub. Too much sauce but was still good.

I ordered a double cheese light bake, staff informed it would be ready in one hr. I arrived at Franco’s after an hr and a half. Thank God I checked because I received a over cooked “double pepperoni” pizza. I do not eat pork. I was very nice and respectful until the manger (male) gave me attitude. This is unfortunate I’ve spent a lot of money there. As i was walking out he began whispering about me to another staff, while there was a line of customers. I will not be going back

Pizza was good but it needs lol more sauce but over all was ok,and they have beef pepperoni so I'm convinced as a no pork eater...👍👍👍

We ordered a pie in advance, when we went to pick it up, they didn't have an order. We order there at least once a week. We repeatedly get burnt pizzas. I gave them 2stars,because the replacement pie was good. After this I'll find a new pizzeria.

I work there, but I wouldn't just say this because I work there, as I have poorly reviewed he pizza is huge and is worth the price. If you are going to order a sub I highly recommend getting the chicken finger sub with; mayo, oil, American cheese, and whatever temperature you are comfortable with. If you are more of a cold sub person, try the assorted sub with; mayo, oil, American cheese. The stinger pizza is always a good choice. When you get wings, they don't always come out crispy, so when you are ordering them get them extra crispy and they will be just perfect.

I. Love. Francos. Their pizza is so good. Its fluffy, cheesy, the sauce is great. Highly recommend this to everyone to at least try!

One of my favorite places to grab pizza in buffalo. They have a great crust and they don't skimp on the toppings. Now being that the pizza is so good the place is always busy, and I mean busy. I counted about 20 people working in the back along with two cashiers and it was a constant flow. If they quote you 30 mean it could mean 45/50 min so definitely plan to wait. My favorite pie is the veggie only second to the buffalo chicken

After a long day at work......even in the snow I'll stop for my Chicken finger pizza with ranch dressing. Ever so yummy!

Being a native of New York City I’ve tried all of the best Pizzerias in New York City. I must say Franco’s Pizzeria has made my list of the best Pizzerias I’ve tried. I really recommend the Veggie pizza pie from Franco’s. Cooked perfectly and the crust is nice and crispy

I'm so confused why there phone is turned off. We ordered online almost 2 hours ago and our card was charged but no food and no one to even pick up a phone to ask about the order, all you get is a busy signal, this is ridiculous. Normally we love it here, but waiting 2 hours on a Wednesday night is not ok. We even called another store and the girl told us that even they can't get through to the Eggert location and that we should speak to Ron because this is unacceptable. May be finding another pizza joint, such a shame.

I didn't get part of my order-instead of having to wait for them to remake it and having a bunch of cold food I asked for a partial refund. Instead of lowering my bill the manager actually charged me more.

Came from West Seneca to try Franco's... pizza was pretty good.

Will not go there again standing in line 6 people ahead of me I'll walk out get their stuff and walk right back in this is not my order just doesn't have what I have on it blah blah blah I get up to the counter my stuff isn't even no one knows anything about it it's in the system never been made but no one knows anything about it... ridiculous

I ordered one Large Cheese (Traditional Pies)Grilled Chicken BBQ Beef Brisket for delivery online. The pizza is really good but when i had it i got a small piece of glass from the pizza. That is so dangerous. I was lucky cause it didn't cut my mouth but make my teeth feel hurt.

Franco's is our go-to pizza place. Their large pie is actually large. It is plenty enough pizza for our family of 5. Everyone can have as many slices as they want and we still have some left over to enjoy the next day for lunch. We usually get cheese and pepperoni and it tastes pretty good.

Delicious pizza, good selection of toppings, sizes and good value for the money. They offer subs, salads, wings, fingers and lots of other finger foods. Fountain and bottled soft drinks.

We have always been Franco's customers for years but in the past year they have spiraled downhill ....we order double pepperoni and looks like single pepperoni and not even pepperoni on all slices, and most times pizza is overdone and lacking basic cheese...they give you a wait time and then when you go to pick it up it has been sitting there for who knows how long! Totally disappointed and will no longer get our pizzas there

Francos on Eggert is pretty much our go-to for pizza, fingers, subs and wings. They have great salads too. Other people have had problems with their orders, but we never have. The pizza is great every time, and so are the wings and fingers. Always cooked the way we like them – never soggy or too small. Just consistently good (maybe not healthy, but good) food.

The cashiers tried 2 keep my change. So sad
